摘要: This paper describes quantitatively the influence of self-field and cross-sectional geometry on effective critical current ac losses in transport applications nontwisted multifilamentary Bi-2223/Ag conductors. The results are obtained with finite-element method simulations. numerical implementation includes an anisotropic model for dependence density J/sub c/ power index n local parallel perpendicular magnetic field components. relation is given between intrinsic different Shown examples flux distributions order to demonstrate their effect self-field.
