Survey data indicated improvements perceptions communication openness both units. From pre- posttraining, average time placing patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) decreased significantly. duration adult surgery rapid response events 33% longer versus pre-implementation. rate nosocomial infections below upper control limit seven out eight PICU SICU. Conclusions 2.5-hour version training program two areas—the SICU—that had demonstrated successful ability innovate suggests that successful.
