摘要: O NE of the unique characteristics primary brain tumors is that they rarely metastasize outside central nervous system, irrespective their grade malignancy. Although at present cases extracranial metastasis are being reported with increasing frequency, still remain relatively uncommon. 1,8,a9--01,2' Such metastases supposedly based on hematogenous dissemination tumor cells since there no lymphatic system in although role propagation along sheaths cranial or spinal nerves must also be taken into consideration. It has been assumed vascular invasion by neoplastic takes place through a physically damaged wall blood vessel within its vicinity, but meningeal vasculature and venous sinuses involvedY ~ The develop according to certain sequence: 3,~ 1) direct intravasation stream across cord; 2) embolization group small vessels distal organ; 3) implantation new location where survive produce secondary neoplasm. stages have studied detail, both experimentally clinically, first step, cerebral vasculature, not adequately investigated. Our observations centered ultrastructural sequence gliomatous particular reference glioblastoma multiforme.
