摘要: A model has been developed for flowrate between a rotating grinding wheel and workpiece. It was found that the useful flow passes through contact zone is function of spindle power fluid acceleration, speed delivery-nozzle jet velocity. Two loss coefficients having values less than 1 are required to be calibrated particular delivery type. The then valid range nozzle flowrates conditions. delivered related unit width assumed contact. makes it possible determine suitable value outlet gap achieve film thickness in zone. guide given optimisation velocity relation accelerate wheel. validated experimentally. Its simplicity accuracy allow application wide situations.
