摘要: Recently, input from various genomic and transcriptomic projects have resulted in a rapid accumulation of information on sequence transcription proteins participating different signal-transducing cascades. At the same time, several functional aspects cell-signaling systems are beyond scope approaches, including presence many genes unknown function, absence cases good correlation between messenger RNA transcript level protein expression level, products one gene, posttranslational modifications. Combining molecular biology genetics techniques with modern proteomics imaging methodology produced fruitful insights into our understanding mechanisms that underlie signal transduction pathways organism general, cardiovascular system particular.
