摘要: A previous study reported conditions that hydrolyze meat and bone meal (MBM) protein in a site-specific manner, transforming insoluble MBM into large, soluble fragments with good flocculant functionality. It is not clear, however, this phenomenon can be adapted for industrial-scale processing of at reasonable expense. The present examines whether the desirable characteristics reaction product are retained when hydrolysis conducted using much higher concentration, relatively large solid particles, presence fat bone. results showed mineral depressed conversion rate progressively as concentration increased.
