摘要: Summary In the previous paper, reaction principle of turbidimetric method for urine protein using benzethonium chloride was investigated. When concentration is low, turbidity decreased with a rise in pH higher range. The proposed could not explain this phenomenon, So it examined by an experiment benzalkonium and calculation based on chemical equilibrium. It assumed that cationic detergent hydroxyl ion increases also participates generation addition to negatively-charged protein. By model phenomenon which detergent/protein complex generates decreases increasing range satisfactorily explained.
