摘要: Abstract The effectiveness of molecular size discrimination in liquid polyacrylamide-agar mixed-gel electrophoresis is shown to depend on the polymer chain length. This relationship seems be mediated by intrinsic viscosity polymer. Possible implications for cross-linked gels are discussed.
