摘要: It has been claimed that inflorescences of Scabiosa tschiliensis Grunning (ST) may prevent liver diseases because its higher chlorogenic acid. There was scant information on the phytochemical profiles and antioxidant activities whole plant from different growing stages. The changes active-compounds ST three stages were studied. Total phenolic flavonoid contents analyzed ranged 0.00 to 140.03 mg GAE/g 9.10 460.01 mg RE/g, respectively. pre-flowering stage ethyl acetate (PFSEA) fraction appeared contain highest content acid, demonstrated DPPH radical-scavenging activity with IC50 value 8.47 ± 0.23 µg/mL which nearly equal vitamin C (7.60 ± 0.61 µg/mL). Principal component analysis suggested PFSEA might be a desirable natural resource due potential properties.
