摘要: Abstract The objectives of this study were to determine whether Staphylococcus aureus chronic intramammary infection (IMI) influences protein expression TGF-β subfamily components and collagen I examine the histomorphometric changes that occur in mammary stroma parenchyma during active gland involution. Twenty-one Holstein non-pregnant cows late lactation either uninfected or with natural S. IMI included study. Cows slaughtered at 7, 14 21 d after cessation milking samples for immunohistochemical morphometric analysis taken. Protein TGF-β1, TGF-β2 TGF-β3 was significantly higher chronically infected quarters than controls three involution stages studied. Immunostaining TGF-βR1 TGF-βR3 aureus-infected every time evaluated. percentages tissue area composed intralobular quarters. Chronic mastitis modifies isoforms type 1 3 receptors, which associated directed limit scope inflammation injury host.
