摘要: Abstract Lipoxygenases (LOXs) are a group of non-haem iron-containing dioxygenases that have diverse and important functions in cells. Recent completion the melon genome sequence permits us to analyze LOX gene family as well comparison with Arabidopsis , tomato cucumber. We identified 18 candidate genes found all sequences indicating importance functional domains LOXs. The LOXs were divided by phylogenetic analysis into three categories: type I 9-LOX, 13-LOX, II 13-LOX. expression based on semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) revealed CmLOX exhibited complex pattern. Sixteen detected both vegetative reproductive tissues oriental sweet cultivar “Yumeiren”. Only CmLOX15 was expressed tissues, while CmLOX07 neither nor tissues. Eight expressions reached their peaks at 5 days after pollination (DAP) fruit. total activity increased from 30 DAP 40 DAP. After volatiles measured gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS), we ethyl butyl acetates fruit ripened; however, alcohol aldehyde contents decreased DAP, implying some might be involved volatile generation melon. These results suggested differentially regulated during development ripening.
