摘要: In this study we report on the identification of molecular markers, OX20600 and OO04950, linked to geneRAdv in proprietary inbred line P2. This gene confers resistance most pathotypes Puccinia helianthi identified Australia. Analysis indicates these RAPD markers are locus at 0.0 cM 11 respectively. SCAR SCX20600 SCO04950 derived from two SCT06950 a previously reported marker 4.5 R1 rust were developed. similar distances their as markers. SCTO6950 co-segregated completely with resistance. The robustness was demonstrated through amplification diverse range sunflower germplasm considered possess gene. forRAdv not amplified differential set thereby supporting contention that is novel They did amplify number lines closely related under further investigation it will be useful our attempts use molecular-assisted breeding produce durable P. helianthi.
