摘要: As nonprofits, especially those with a community mission, pursue developmental goals, they may benefit from various planning and analytical tools. This article explores an application of Kurt Lewin's planned change model to assessment revisioning process undertaken by community-based organization, indicating the ongoing usefulness work in nonprofit sector. Using case study approach, we examined actions embarked on organization address decreased funding client losses. The Lewin is overlaid illustrate its value structuring organizational decision making development. three-step unfreezing old practices, moving changing into new directions based formally identified needs, refreezing more effective modes. When combined other standard practices such as strategic planning, provides practical theoretically insightful tool for nonprofits wishing refine their missions programs engage successful change.
