摘要: Mesoporous carbon with narrow pore size distribution was novelly derived from rare earth–macromolecule complexes, which were formed by the coordination between grafted novolac-type phenolic resin and earth ions (Ce3+). The as-made resins or carbons characterized infrared spectrum, thermogravimetry, tetrachloride adsorption, nitrogen scanning electron microscope. results showed that complexes successfully, could promote dispersion of elements in precursor further control structure mesoporous during steam-activation process. exhibited typical relatively distribution, mesoporosity it up to 88%. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
