The effects of e-Government cloud assimilation on public value creation: An empirical study of China

摘要: Abstract Cloud computing applications have entered the stage of popularization and wide adoption as part e-Government. Improving implementation assimilation e-Government cloud (e-Gov cloud) to create public value has become an important issue. Based on theories information technology (IT) assimilation, IT value, organizational ambidexterity, this study develops a model e-Gov explores individual joint effects depth breadth dimensions value. The was tested with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using survey local government agencies in China. empirical results show that two - significantly positive effects: (1) directly operational (2) indirectly strategic through Moreover, complementary fit strategy effect while balanced no significant effect. These findings contribute both academic research practical implications, advancing our understandings creation.
