摘要: The present manuscript aims to discuss the implications of sequential knowledge integration small preclinical trials in a Bayesian pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) framework. While, at first sight, PK-PD framework seems be natural allow for integration, scope this paper is highlight some often-overlooked challenges while same time providing guidances many overwhelming choices that need made. Challenges as well opportunities will discussed are related impact (1) prior specification, (2) choice random effects, (3) type method. In addition, it shown how success strategy highly dependent on carefully chosen experimental design when analyzed.
