摘要: Numerous data show that mitochondrial activity is hormonally regulated. Besides the influence of α-agonists, glucagon and vasopressin, several studies glucocorticoid, thyroid hormone, vitamin D3 peroxisome proliferators stimulate this organelle. Interestingly, receptors all belong to a common nuclear receptor superfamily. These suggest such could have particular importance in regulation activity. However, mechanisms involved endocrine remain poorly understood. The action especially triiodothyronine (T3), upon organelle has been studied, leading proposition direct T3 pathway. In paper, we present numerous agreement with hypothesis, special reference recent work from our laboratory identifying binding protein matrix.
