摘要: Abstract The anionic transport in single crystals with a fluorite-type structure of the nominally pure BaF 2 , dilute doped 0.01 and 0.1 mole % LaF 3 anion-excess binary Ba 1 − x La F + (0 ≤ 0.5), 0.85 R 0.15 2.15 ( = Sm Lu ), 0.8 0.2 2.2 Ce Nd Gd Tb Ho ) solid solutions were studied by impedance spectroscopy temperature range from ambient to 1073 K. At high temperatures conductivity plots for concentrated display considerable deviation Arrhenius behaviour. This is caused diffuse Faraday phase transition these materials. microscopic origin depends mainly on nature defect solutions. By controlling composition fluoride ionic can reach value about S cm −1 at
