摘要: Abstract Objective This study aimed to histologically localize indocyanine green (ICG) dye in the geriatric primate and human eye correlate these findings with clinical ICG angiography. Design The design was a clinicopathologic correlation. Participants Six eyes of three monkeys ( Maccaca mulatta ) macular drusen, 19 29 years age, housed at California Primate Research Center an enucleated from 66-year-old patient choroidal melanoma were examined. Intervention All six monkey underwent Five varying intervals after intravenous injection for histologic examination. One removed without prior as age-matched control. dye. Extravascular binds drusen material. These will enhance interpretation
