Investigation on Elastomer Compatibility with Alternative Aviation Fuels

摘要: The introduction of synthetic fuels produced from various alternative approaches has led to the concern over their compatibility with elastomeric seals used in current aircraft engines. aim this research is investigate into issue aviation typical sealing materials. Experimental methodologies employed were stress relaxation test (under both isothermal and temperature cycling conditions) Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. A wide range valuable data was collected detailed analysis carried out using statistical method Hansen Solubility Parameters (HSPs). The outcome establishes fundamental characteristics materials jet via sources.
