摘要: The concept of error detection plays a central role in theories executive control. In this article, the authors present mechanism that can rapidly detect errors speeded response time tasks. This monitor assigns values to output cognitive processes involved stimulus categorization and generation detects by identifying states system associated with negative value. is formalized computational model based on recent theoretical framework for understanding processing humans (C. B. Holroyd & M. G. H. Coles, 2002). used simulate behavioral event-related brain potential data task, results simulation are compared empirical data.
