摘要: The effect of different phonon models (confined and bulk phonons) on the linear optically detected electrophonon resonance (LODEPR), nonlinear electron-phonon (NLODEPR) full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) LODEPR NLODEPR peaks via both one two photon absorption processes in a parabolic GaAs quantum well by using state-dependent operator projection is theoretically studied. obtained numerical result for GaAs/AlAs shows that FWHM increase with increasing well's confinement frequency temperature above phonon. Besides, confined case varies faster have larger value than it does case. Furthermore, about order smaller phonon; large range (ωz /ωLO < 0.2), becomes important cannot be neglected considering.
