摘要: Dissolving biological macromolecules in dilute bicelle solutions, which form oriented liquid crystals the presence of a magnetic field, permits measurement anisotropic spin interactions such as dipolar couplings [Tjandra, N. and Bax, A., Science, 278, 1111–1114]. However, lifetimes temperature ranges orientation for these samples are critically dependent on sample composition experimental conditions. This paper demonstrates that doping solutions with small amounts charged amphiphiles substantially improves stability degree alignment, well extends range systems. An explanation dependence aggregation is proposed based DLVO theory colloids.
