摘要: The presentation of thymomas is variable; most are asymptomatic and others present with local compression symptoms or a parathymic syndrome. Rarely as an acute emergency severe chest pain from either infarction hemorrhage the tumor. This rare usually leads clinician initially away diagnosis thymoma. We 4 patients who presented (3 patients) (1 patient) were believed to have lymphoma. Preoperative biopsies unrevealing. All had complete resection in early Masaoka stage. There been no recurrences follow-up. astute should be aware this unusual presentation. prognosis seems good hemorrhage.
