摘要: Abstract This study offers a multi-response simulation–optimization approach to optimize an Alarm Monitoring Center’s performance. In this paper, the application is firstly addressed in Center. Five performance criteria affect of Center and five factors, each which has three control levels, are identified. The data belonging criteria, determined, obtained with help running scenarios combining factor levels using Taguchi design. Then, signals noise ( S / N ) ratios calculated for these from data. A decision matrix generated ratios; TOPSIS method used transfer problems into single-response problems. system improvement rate also determined by finding factors Taguchi’s single response optimization methodology.
