摘要: Exfoliative glaucoma is the most common type of secondary open-angle worldwide. It characterized by high intraocular pressure (IOP) and worse 24-hour IOP characteristics. In order to minimize progression, treatment exfoliative has provide a low long-term mean good control. To achieve these goals, fixed-dose combination eye drops, argon selective laser trabeculoplasty, various forms surgery (trabeculectomy, deep sclerectomy, viscocanalostomy, ab interno trabeculotomy, trabecular aspiration, cataract surgery) all need be considered during management disease. Since disease elderly, frequently associated with systemic vascular disease, interdisciplinary consultations are great clinical importance. These aspects current medical, laser, surgical results covered in this review, special focus on needs general ophthalmologist.
