摘要: Abstract In this study we aimed to determine the anti-tumor efficacy of co-treatment adoptively transferred T cells with bone marrow either harvested from naive mice or G-CSF activated after treatment anti-cancer drug cyclophosphamide (CTX) as a source enriched in stem cells. CTX-treated Swiss Albino (CD-1) were injected 2 × 10 5 Ehrlich ascetic carcinoma (EAC) cell line and then vitro co-activated without one day post CTX treatment. All vaccinated tumor lysate Hiltonol®. The results showed that co-transfer provided highest antitumor effect induced marked increase numbers splenocytes, leucocytes Interestingly, derived EAC tumor-bearing host higher effects than those normal mice. sum, our data suggest combination induces proliferation expansion immune cells, which are functional can be exploited vivo foster more effective adoptive immunotherapy strategies.
