摘要: Abstract We performed a systematic study on the influence of different source configurations reliability Monte Carlo calculations for response Ge detectors. Calculated full-energy peak efficiencies are compared to experimental values in energy range 46–1800 keV. Setups with characteristics considered, from point-like volume sources. Among latter there filters and aqueous matrices sediments Petri boxes or Marinelli beakers. The analysis deviations between calculated results enables us detect inaccuracies description detector improve them. By means this procedure satisfactory were obtained whole range. For all setups, average 1.5%, except sediment sources where they up 3.3%.
