摘要: We have isolated specific microsatellite loci from a partial genomic library of brook charr Salvelinus fontinalis. Their usefulness was investigated by measuring intra- and inter-population genetic diversity at four among 20 individuals each five lakes located 3 to 22 km apart in La Mauricie national park (Canada). These markers were moderately highly polymorphic. A total five, six, 16 18 alleles per locus detected, their overall expected heterozygosity 0.53, 0.58, 0.86 0.87. Strong detected. Highly significant differences allelic frequencies found all but two pairwise χ2 permutation tests between populations loci. Numerous population unique observed lakes. Consequently, component due interpopulation variance, as exemplified GST values 0.33, 0.42, 0.47 0.84 for individual locus. Altogether, the results indicated that these should be valuable addressing fine scale genetics questions charr. To our knowledge, they also represent first available microsatellites developed genus Salvelinus.
