摘要: Protein kinases are significant regulators in the cell signal pathway, and it is difficult to achieve quick kinase detection because traditional assays normally rely on a time-consuming phosphorylation process. Herein, we present novel one-step strategy detect protein by using kinase-specific aptameric peptide-functionalized quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) electrode, which can be finished less than 10 min. A peptide inhibitor (IP20) was used as of its selective strong interaction with target (cyclic adenosine monophosphate-dependent A, PKA), high stability, ease inexpensive synthesis, presenting new direct recognition element for kinase.
