摘要: This study aimed to explore the combined associations of 25(OH)-vitamin D and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in men postmenopausal women. Our data, which were based on population, collected from 16 sites East China 2014. There 2700 a mean age 53 years 1461 women over 55 who considered enrolled study. Levels 25(OH)D SHBG measured using chemiluminescence assay. NAFLD was ultrasound. Multivariable-adjusted logistic regression models examined tertiles odds mild moderate-severe NAFLD. Both low groups significantly associated higher (men: OR 1.37, 95% CI 1.05, 1.78 group; 1.73, 1.23, 2.45 women: 1.51, 1.08, 2.12 2.16, 1.48, 3.14 group) 1.61, 1.24, 2.10 3.42, 2.41, 4.87 1.66, 1.14, 2.42 6.84, 4.31, 10.84 group). However, association much larger, especially 6.57, 3.87, 11.18; 8.16, 3.98, 16.73). The independent age, total testosterone, abdominal obesity, diabetes, lipid profile. negative levels are strongest when viewed combination Further studies should determine cause-effect relationship investigate underlying mechanisms this finding.
