摘要: Seven wheat cultivars and one wild subspecies Triticum aestivum ssp. spelta were compared for their in vitro fertility androgenetic capacity by studying anther culture response seed production. Both haploid embryogenesis set showed very wide genotype dependent variability accordance with previous observations. At the same time, an analysis of data a significant negative correlation between ability fertilization potential, which was especially obvious case highly embryogenic genotypes. The reason this inverse might be different genetic regulation two quantitative traits. Presumably, alleles increase stability gametogenetic developmental programme hinder initiation embryogenesis, while opposite effect promote sporophytic type growth.
