Temperature evolution of the charge and spin transport in Cu/Nb interface

摘要: The transport properties for the charge and spin currents in a normal-metal/superconductor interface have been investigated by using nano-pillar based lateral valve. Owing to efficient reduction of Joule heating, we were able observe temperature bias-current dependences Cu/Nb bilayer system. From dependence signal, superconducting gap Nb contact with Cu was found open gradually decreasing temperature. We also that inhomogeneous property produces significant field background signal nonlocal measurement around transition
