摘要: Whenever cement is left unused for a long time or improperly stored, it deteriorates. The degree of deterioration mainly depends on the duration and condition storage. Due to this, partially completely loses its engineering qualities. Even if such only 10% total 100 million tonnes produced in India, quantity available use would be range 10 tonnes. aim this study develop stepwise procedure proportion plain concrete mixes using deteriorated cement. Extensive laboratory studies are done behavior with Conventional methods mix design as British Method, ACI country's standard code can used directly containing which satisfies prescribed specifications. When these conventional fail physico-chemical interacting particulate characteristics have been reduced low levels. re-proportioning did not yield required strength workability when was used. However, performance could improved by replacing part fresh As content increases, also improved. Using modified mixes, made other levels even up that 100% concrete. validated through series experimental trials.
