摘要: Recent human rights movement has engendered significant changes in the political and social landscape for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT) people around globe. Given this nascent international shift attitude, chapter aims to provide an overview of career issues emerging from recent literature global events. In particular, endeavors address adaptability, employability, resilience LGBT individuals related (a) equality workplace climate, (b) migration intersectional identities, (c) identity development youths, perspective. Implications research, practice, training are discussed within each section, ends with summative suggestions future directions.
