摘要: Although much is known regarding the importance of postoperative care, surveillance patients after 30 days from surgical procedure can be improved. It must recognized that mortality between and 90 exceeds what commonly considered "operative mortality"—death within surgery. Significant effort should dedicated to design predictive models prevent readmission. More importantly, surgeons develop better manage complications arise readmission in readmitted patients. Finally, current guidelines for oncologic are an area controversy, future studies needed direction resources.
