摘要: Abstract Microsieve silting principle is a type of semiquantitative contamination level testing method that has been used to measure the particle concentration (mg/L) solid contaminants in fluid hydraulic system. However, it not enough just provide accurate data because size distribution (PSD) required for control Based on basic filtration equation, new model was developed by using microsieve determine quantitatively PSD fluid. This built specific linkage between volumetric flow rate passing through fouled and liquid viscosity, particulate (N1 N10, number particles larger than 1 μm 10 μm, respectively), texture (the density pores), pressure drop across sieve such fitting parameters as declining time constants, initial rate, reducing ratios, coefficients, which can be determined experimental study together with analysis fitting. The derived from N1 N10 according log-normal PSD. Experimental studies influential parameter system show changes operational had little impact model. Furthermore, two samples different PSDs viscosities were studied verify precision obtained model, results are good agreement those measured Automatic Particle Counter (APC) testing.
