PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ESTER STANOL TERHADAP KADAR KOLESTEROL LDL DAN HDL WANITA PENDERITA DISLIPIDEMIA

摘要: Latar belakang : Dislipidemia merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah. Ester stanol pangan fungsional yang dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol LDL dengan cara menghambat penyerapan di usus halus mengaktifkan reseptor permukaan sel. Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental. Subyek wanita dislipidemia ≥ 130 mg/dl HDL < 50 mg/dl. dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu kelompok perlakuan diberikan ester 3,4 g dalam susu rendah lemak kontrol saja selama minggu. Metode pengukuran menggunakan perhitungan Friedewald phosphotungstic precipitation. Hasil terbukti sebesar 7,68% terjadi penurunan 1,57%, namun tidak bermakna secara statistik. Rerata sebelum berturut-turut 161,86 44,38 sesudah 148,63 43,54 Konsumsi berpengaruh terhadap (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan g/hari minggu memiliki pengaruh dislipidemia. Tidak ada perbedaan antara kontrol.
