摘要: (1) Background: Nanotechnology is being widely applied for anticancer strategies with few side effects. Nanoparticles (NPs) prepared from natural extracts are promising candidates cancer treatment because of their unique physicochemical characteristics. This study aimed to prepare gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) Phyllanthus emblica fruit extract (PEFE) using Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (B. lactis) and evaluate activity against the human gastric adenocarcinoma cell-line (AGS). (2) Methods: The safety microbial biosynthesis AuNPs (PEFE-AuNPs) was assessed by evaluating cytotoxicity. PEFE-AuNPs investigated in AGS cells terms apoptosis autophagy. (3) Results: exhibited significant cytotoxicity but not normal cells. induced associated PTEN-induced kinase 1 (PINK1)-Parkin mediated reduction mitochondrial membrane potential activation intracellular signaling pathways. induction through inhibition autophagy, downregulation LC3-II/LC3-I Beclin-1 expression, upregulation p62 expression (4) Conclusions: first demonstrate Our results provide a good starting point development new products based on P. extract.
