摘要: UNLABELLED Psoas abscess is a rare complication of Crohn's disease. METHODS AND MATERIALS We evaluated the incidence psoas on 312 patients with disease, seen at our institution between 1992-2001. RESULTS encountered three cases (0.9%). One patient was managed ileocolic resection and immediate anastomosis, while in two percutaneous drainage first performed then, after 12 days total parenteral nutrition, diseased bowel reconstruction carried out. CONCLUSIONS A correction nutritional deficiencies mandatory. Percutaneous computed-tomography guided intestinal hyperalimentation, should be method choice management such patients.
