摘要: A multisyringe flow injection analysis method for the determination of uranium in water samples was developed. The methodology based on complexation reaction with arsenazo (III) at pH 2.0. Uranium concentrations were spectrophotometrically detected 649 nm using a light emitting diode. Under optimized conditions, linear dynamic range from 0.1 to 4.0 μg mL−1, 3σ detection limit 0.04 μg mL−1, and 10σ quantification 0.10 μg mL−1 obtained. reproducibility (%) 0.5, 2.5, 4.0 μg mL−1 0.9, 0.6%, respectively (n = 10). interference effect some ions tested. proposed successfully applied samples.
