摘要: The endothelial lining of experimental saccular aneurysms was studied by means the Hautchen technique. cells aneurysmal sacs, 4-40 weeks' duration, were predominately polygonal in shape and mononuclear. Leucocytes, stigmata stomata frequent on endothelium but prevalence multinucleated mitoses not significantly increased. Small areas desquamated also present. In aorta opposite aneurysm a well delineated sometimes partially denuded region containing large with numerous found 8 preparations. This study provides further evidence that haemodynamic disturbances produce injury demonstrates response evoked intra-aneurysmal haemodynamics differs from induced venous arteriovenous shunts.
