摘要: Microtubules are involved in the morphogenesis of most cells and structural basis mitotic spindle. We report here that purified centrosomes nucleate assembly microtubules with unusual dynamic properties. This may have important implications for mechanism by which microtubule arrays organized stabilized cells.
