摘要: Abstract The fabrication of fluorescence indicator/layered double hydroxide (LDH) ultrathin films (UTFs) by alternate assembly Primuline and Mg-Al LDH nanosheets using the layer-by-layer (LBL) deposition technique has been reported, their application as a raitometric chemosensor for Hg 2+ is demonstrated. Primuline/LDH UTFs show stepwise regular growth upon increasing cycles proved UV–vis absorption emission spectroscopy, periodical layered structure perpendicular to substrates with thickness 2.41–2.48 nm per bilayer observed X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy. Furthermore, linear correlation between intensity ratio ( I 422 / 377 ) UTF concentration obtained = 2.63–0.01 c nM, r 2 = 0.99), detection limit 0.13 pM. results have also exhibited that ratiometric possess good repeatability, high stability (light, storage mechanics) well excellent selectivity. In addition, mechanism measurement–regeneration cycle indicates enters/departs from giving rise reversible change in chemical composition, surface morphology anisotropy UTF. Therefore, this work provides new opportunities chromophore/LDH chemosensors.
