Need, Enabling, Predisposing, and Behavioral Determinants of Access to Preventative Care in Argentina: Analysis of the National Survey of Risk Factors

摘要: Introduction: Health care utilization is an important step to disease management, providing opportunities for prevention and treatment. Anderson's Behavior Model has defined by need, predisposing, enabling determinants. We hypothesize that enabling, highlighting behavioral factors are associated with in Argentina. Methods: performed a logistic regression analysis of the 2005 2009 Argentinean Survey Risk Factors, cohort 41,392 34,732 individuals, explore association between blood pressure measurement last year. Results: In cohort, was perception health, insurance coverage, basic needs met, income. Additionally, female sex, civil state, household type, older age groups, education, alcohol use were utilization. The showed similar associations only minor differences models. Conclusions: explored clinical preventive services factors. While predisposing need determinants utilization, such as coverage provides area public intervention. These findings where policies should be focused improve
