摘要: Modern information technologies are playing an increasing importantly role in safety production assessment of thermal power plants (TPPs). This paper investigates historical knowledge acquisition and utilization issue evaluation generation enterprise provides a case-based approach for the decision making TPPs (MSSATPP). A case matching method named CBR-Grey which ingrates Delphi Grey System theory is proposed. Based on this method, we implement prototype system (CBRSYS-TPP) MSSATPP. We use to complete two distinct comparative experiments validate effectiveness excellent comprehensive performance CBR-Grey. CBRSYS-TPP hopeful be powerful tool panel experts during their evaluation.
