摘要: A new member of the lipase gene family, initially termed endothelial (gene nomenclature, LIPG; protein, EL), is expressed in a variety different tissues, suggesting general role lipid metabolism. To assess hypothesis that EL plays physiological lipoprotein metabolism vivo, we have used targeting native murine locus and transgenic introduction human LIPG mice to modulate level expression.
