Non-parametric statistical tests used test for significant effects.,Field build knowledge, intentions use modes short long term. Gains exceed results expected traditional theories. Gender school type are important moderating variables. did not play an role gains, attitude intentions.,More research needed generalize other populations studies necessary investigate a long-term effect trips.,Field effective means successful transfer suitable trigger attitudinal changes. involvement practitioners hands-on experience ensure combine theoretical with practical knowledge.,This first study investigates effects trips, which developed collaboratively by industry, educational institutions.
