摘要: Abstract The complex impedance of the compound [N(CH 3 ) 4 ] 2 Cu 0.5 Zn Cl have been investigated in temperature range 443–532K and frequency 200Hz–5MHz. Dielectric data were analyzed using permittivity ɛ * electrical modulus M for sample at various temperatures. plot can be characterized by full width half height or terms a non-experiential decay function ϕ ( t ) = exp(− / τ β . dependence conductivity is interpreted term Jonschers law: σ ω ) =  DC  +  Aω n follows Arrhenius relation. Hopping was determined activation energy hopping almost equal to conduction. Z ′ ″ versus plots are well fitted an equivalent circuit model. circuits consist parallel combination bulk resistance R p constant phase elements CPE.
