摘要: Primary lymphoma of bone is an unusual extranodal presentation pediatric non-Hodgkin's (NHL). Treatment with radiotherapy alone has resulted in a disease-free survival rate approximately 50% most adult series. Between January 1973 and April 1985, 11 children biopsy-proven NHL were seen treated at our institutions. The minimal clinical staging included chest radiographs, radionuclide scan, complete blood cell counts serum chemistries, marrow aspirate biopsy. age range was 9 to 17 years median 14 years. Histology diffuse lymphoblastic four patients histiocytic seven. Each patient the Adriamycin/prednisone/Oncovin (APO) protocol ten received concomitant radiation whole when possible boost primary lesion(s). tumor dose 5,000 rad (range, 3,600 5,600). follow-up 8 There have been no rela...
